Selected pork bellies. especielly meat and approximately uniform in size. pleasant bouquet due to our traditional salting process. excellent colour fastness when sliced. excellent adherence between the 2 pieces. excellent external coating (does not become glassy on drying or sticky in high temperatures). 2 pieces attached on the inside and bathed in a gelatin covering.
