  1. Clean and chop the asparagus, carrots, green beans, courgette, onion and garlic.
  2. Cook the vegetables in boiling water, note the cooking time for each vegetable: 5min carrots, 7min green beans and 3min asparagus.
  3. Add the garlic, onion, almonds, courgette and continue cooking for a further 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in the remaining vegetables and cook for a further 2min.
  5. Pour in the juice of half a lemon, 1 tbsp soy sauce, fresh thyme (or powdered thyme), the mini ham and sauté for a few more minutes and you're done.
