  1. Cut the asparagus.
  2. Spread the puff pastry and cut it into 8 squares of the same size.
  3. Divide each square of puff pastry with the bacon strips and asparagus.
  4. Wrap them up and close them by pressing the ends of the puff pastry together.
  5. Paint the puff pastry with the beaten egg, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the poppy seeds.
  6. Bake the rolls for 14 to 16 minutes in a preheated oven at 220º, until the pastry is golden brown. Ready!
