ASPARAGUS STICKS WITH BACON

- Cut the asparagus.
- Spread the puff pastry and cut it into 8 squares of the same size.
- Divide each square of puff pastry with the bacon strips and asparagus.
- Wrap them up and close them by pressing the ends of the puff pastry together.
- Paint the puff pastry with the beaten egg, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the poppy seeds.
- Bake the rolls for 14 to 16 minutes in a preheated oven at 220º, until the pastry is golden brown. Ready!

- 2 bunches of wild asparagus
- 100g bacon strips
