- Chop the pumpkin, potato and onion and put them in the bottom of the pot with a couple of tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. First the onion and then you add the rest.
- When they are browned add the water and, when the water boils, let it cook for about 20 minutes.
- Blend everything with the mixer until you get a homogeneous cream.
- Serve the cream with a little cream and the ham mini bites to decorate. You can fry the ham mini bites in the pan if you prefer.
